Materials
• the heart of banana, anchory, red onion, white onion, brown sugar, coriander. How to make:•boilled the heart of banana until mushy.•pound the heart of banana that was boilled until smooth.•poud to all spices such as(coriander, anchovy, red onion, white onion) and put into saucepan.•put the heart of banana that was pound into saucepan that contains of spices. Mixed all spices with add brown sugar. Take dendeng and take on the tray and basking to dry.
