Mushroom is one of fungi in indonesia that very delicious to taste and to plant easily. In indonesia the kinds of fungi is white colour, the price is apperently for 12000-50000 rupiah. Its so cheap but the protein and mineral that contains in this food so high, in many condition people usually plant this mushroom at fresh condition such as near the mountain village or hill etc, if you want to be an enterpreneur and you want to plant this mushroom its so easily to get money, so many farmer hope that his/her plant become sucsess and not dissapointed because profit that giving so much and how to plant was cheap. But you should continue to watering and to threat every day if you want to be a success in mushroon enterpreneurship. Birthday party

In the country especially in indonesian country birthday party is a party to celebrate and to pray our born in the world. So, The kinds of birthday party is celebrate our friends and wishes. In part of birthday party is candle, cake clown, baloon etc. Birthday party is not only one kinds of glamours but one way to give thanks to allah that giving us a life in the world, so our life should be usefull and walk in the right way. We should be share with yatim children that need our help to life. Because allah so love everybody that want to share with yatim children. I hope that you can take hikmah for everything. I hope the glamours and glitter not only one of way to show your self, but pray n share with another children is better. Activities in the birthday party is pray, singing, slice the cake and wishes. Firsly, if you happy in your life, your other friends should be happy too, not only show in birthday party if you want to show that we are happy.

Teacher

As a teacher is very difficult, but if anybody enjoyed this job, its may be their soul was manage completely to fight in teaching learning process, because in teaching learning process need to enjoy their self. Teach and explain to children in the class is really challenge in our self, we should have polite, patience, enjoy your self in teaching learning process every day. Don't be give up, struggle and be your self become one of the key success. Subject that explain in teaching lerning process just like spot in the paper, we should have eraser to clean it completely. Your time management shoul correct, your phisical appearence should be fun, polite, patience, you should access your knowledge colourfull and joy full completely. Common activities in the classroom make you are common and never give up to get better until best. Nothing stupid for children but lazy to study and give up to trial best. I hope that we have some strategies to get better learner in teaching learning process everyday.

Leadership

Leader is a lead many employee, so you should intens know many job, schedule and managerial so important to handle it. If you know that a leader like a big stone in the buckets with full of water. If stone put in the full of water, the water will be out of bucket. such as leader, if he/she decesive and will decide that her/his employee so bad to walk of his/her company. Every body that lack will delete easily, and the stronger will stand easily. If you become employee, you should decide wisely and the right way and don't forget to pray before it. In many casess leader is bossy, but smooth. Bossy with smooth wrap to make his/her employee doesn't feel guilthy.
